Last Updated: October 2026. These Terms govern all agency proposals, client creative sprints, deliverable handoffs, and performance consulting provided by SABRIX Media.
SABRIX Media provides digital marketing, AI video production, paid social media management, B2B lead generation, and GoHighLevel CRM automation. Every client project is governed by a mutually agreed proposal, invoice, or sprint roadmap detailing:
Clients must supply necessary product imagery, packaging specifications, logos, and offer details in a timely manner. The client warrants that all assets provided do not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
Direct-response iteration is central to our process. Standard deliverables include rounds of rapid client review. Revisions must align with the original approved script or scope framework. Substantial changes to script narrative or core product features after generation may require a scope adjustment.
Upon full settlement of all outstanding invoices, the client receives full commercial advertising rights to deploy, edit, and distribute all finished video files, rendered product images, and custom ad creatives across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and owned web properties globally.
General Rule on Bespoke Creative & Technical Services: Because SABRIX Media delivers custom-tailored direct-response video productions, AI avatar syntheses, outbound technical infrastructures, and proprietary CRM automations, significant manual labor, GPU computing resources, and strategic capacity are irreversibly committed from the moment a project commences. Under standard international commercial rules for custom digital deliverables, there are almost no chances of a refund once active production or configuration has begun.
Objective Standard-Deficiency Scenario Review: We are committed to commercial fairness and accountable partnerships. If a client experiences a verifiable failure on our part to deliver against the approved Statement of Work (e.g., SABRIX Media fails to initiate project sprints within contracted timelines without valid justification, or fails to deliver deliverables meeting the agreed objective technical specifications after standard revision cycles), we do not hide behind boilerplate clauses.
Resolution Process: In such an event, the client may submit a formal scenario review request directly to raziq@sabrixmedia.com. Agency management will convene a formal discussion with the client within 3 business days. If the scenario meets our objective verification standards confirming agency-side default without a feasible remedy, SABRIX Media will promptly grant an equitable pro-rated refund, complete refund, or sprint project credit.
Sprint projects require agreed upfront deposits or complete settlement prior to release of final unwatermarked high-resolution masters, as specified in your statement of work. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance of each 30-day performance period.
While SABRIX Media applies battle-tested direct-response psychology and creative velocity, advertising conversion and revenue metrics (such as ROAS, CPA, and customer volume) are influenced by external variables beyond agency control, including product-market fit, retail pricing, website checkout speed, and advertising platform algorithm changes. We do not provide speculative guarantees on algorithmic platform performance.
Both parties agree to treat all business strategies, client sales numbers, unreleased product designs, and trade secrets as strictly confidential. SABRIX Media will not disclose client financial data without written consent.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the commercial laws applicable to business contracts. For questions regarding contract terms, contact our senior agency operations:
